In the corporate catering biz, serving carefully prepared food on disposable plates just comes with the territory. That doesn’t mean that the plates have to be cheap and flimsy.

Effective immediately, the former “Executive Upgrade” disposables are our new standard plates. We hope that you enjoy the difference. These china-look dishes appear close to the real thing. They’re also a big step up when using a knife to cut some challenging items, especially if tight space requirements mean holding the plate in your lap.

We will, of course, still offer biodegradable plates and cutlery at no additional charge. In truth, we’re waiting for the world of compostable & biodegradable paper goods to improve in quality and resiliency so that we can make those our base product. As “fancy pants caterers” we want to make the strongest possible impression on you and your guests.

Angelic Hossley is our Website, Adobe, Social Media, (and oh yeah) Customer Service Specialist. She’s often the calm, rational voice on the other end of the phone, especially if you call early in the morning. She likes coming in at the crack of dawn to get the “artsy” work done before all the crazy stuff starts to happen. Hailing from Lafayette, Louisiana, Angelic brought her hospitality management skills to us from Misfits Dine and Drink. We’re proud and grateful to have her on the team.
