Buffet-Style Single Hot Entrées


All hot entrees include choice of one starch and one vegetable, an American Garden Salad, Rolls and Butter and Cookies and Bars for dessert. Upgrade your Salad to any of our other selections for no additional charge. Upgrade to any of our dessert selections for $2.00 per person additional. (Minimum order of 12 people)

Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM the day prior to your desired delivery date.


Chicken Entrées

Includes choice of one starch and one vegetable, an American Garden Salad, Rolls and Butter and Cookies and Bars

Michele’s Honey Hen: Boneless Chicken Breasts marinated in Honey, Dijon Mustard and Herbs de Provence $15.75/person

Pesto-Basted Chicken Breast (GF): Marinated in our House-Made Pesto Sauce served with a Lemon Vinaigrette $15.75/person


Beef Entrées

Includes choice of one starch and one vegetable, an American Garden Salad, Rolls and Butter and Cookies and Bars

Teriyaki Flat Iron Steak: Served with Scallions and Garlic $19.50/person

Flat Iron Steaks Churrasco (GF): With a Sauce of Cilantro, Garlic and Basil $19.50/person


Fish Entrées

Includes choice of one starch and one vegetable, an American Garden Salad, Rolls and Butter and Cookies and Bars

Blackened Cajun Tilapia: Boneless Fillets pan seared and drizzled with Spiced Butter Sauce $15.50/person

Cilantro-Coated Salmon Fillets: with Coriander-Lime Sauce $19/person


Vegetarian Entrées

  • Soy-Glazed Tofu on a bed of Stir-Fried Vegetables (V)
  • Tomatoes stuffed with Eggplant & Zucchini Tapenade (V) (GF)
  • Grilled Portobello Mushrooms stuffed with Couscous, Roasted Vegetables and Asiago Cheese
  • Stuffed Peppers filled with Vegan Chorizo, Grilled Vegetables & Ricotta Cheese (can be made vegan upon request)

Ricotta Stuffed Shells: Pasta in a spicy
Choose Bolognese (meat) Sauce or
Marinara Sauce (vegetarian).

Hearty Baked Ziti: The Classic, with layers of Bolognese Meat Sauce or Vegetarian Marinara, Ricotta Cheese, and Pasta Tubes, topped with Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheeses

Lydia’s Double-Cheesy Curly Mac & Cheese with Parsley & Buttered Breadcrumbs.
